The site runs on Shopify with enterprise-grade security. Access is account-gated, pricing and products are only visible after your account is approved, and orders ship via FedEx.

SECTION 1 — Accessing the Portal

Open Your Browser

Open your preferred web browser. Chrome, Edge, Safari, and Firefox are all supported.

Navigate to the Portal

Type the following URL into your browser address bar and press Enter: shopextendedstayamerica.com

Verify You Have Landed on the Right Page

You should see the ESA homepage with a hero banner reading “Everything Your Property Needs - At Corporate Pricing” and a prominent green Request Access button. The top navigation shows Bath, Bedding, Pillows, Bedding Protectors, and Kitchen, along with Sign In and My Cart in the upper-right.

SECTION 2 — Submitting an Access Application

Before you can log in or place orders, your property must be approved. Begin by clicking the Request Access button on the homepage to submit your application.

Click the Request Access Button

On the homepage, click the large green Request Access button in the center of the page. An Access Application form will pop up.

Enter Your Contact Information

Fill in the required contact fields: First Name, Last Name, Email using your business or property address, and Phone.

Enter Your Property Details

Provide the property type from the dropdown, your ESA property ID number, and the full property address.

Enter Group Information if Needed

Complete the optional Management Group Name and GPO Affiliation fields if they apply to your property.

Click Submit

Review every field for accuracy, then click the green Submit button at the bottom of the form.

Await Approval

Once your application is reviewed and approved by Sobel Westex, you will receive an email with instructions to complete account login setup. Pricing and products remain inaccessible until approval is confirmed.

SECTION 3 — Logging In — Once Approved

Go to the Portal

Navigate to shopextendedstayamerica.com.

Click Sign In

Click the Sign In link in the upper-right corner of the page.

Enter Your Credentials

Enter your approved email address and password, then click Sign In.

Access Your Account Dashboard

Once logged in, click the Account icon to access your order history plus your profile and address management.

Forgot Your Password

On the Sign In page, click Forgot your password, enter your email address, and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset it.

SECTION 4 — Browsing the Product Catalog

The catalog is organized into five product categories. All pricing is tier-specific to your property and only fully visible after logging in with an approved account.

Select a Category from the Top Navigation

Use the navigation menu across the top of the page to jump directly to Bath, Bedding, Pillows, Bedding Protectors, or Kitchen.

Browse Products and Sort

Each category page displays product tiles with images and pricing. Use the Sort dropdown to organize by Featured, Best Selling, Price, or Date.

View Product Details

Open any product tile to see the full product detail page with specifications, unit pricing, and quantity options.

SECTION 5 — Placing an Order

Add Items to Your Cart

From any product detail page, enter the desired quantity and click Add to Cart. Repeat across categories to build the full order.

Open and Review Your Cart

Click My Cart in the top-right corner to open the cart drawer. Review all items, quantities, and pricing, then adjust quantities or remove items as needed.

Agree to Terms and Conditions

Check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions inside the cart. This is required before proceeding to checkout.

Click Check Out

Click the Check Out button to proceed to the Shopify checkout page.

Enter Shipping Information

Confirm or enter your property’s shipping address. All orders ship via FedEx, so double-check the address to avoid delivery delays.

Select a Shipping Method

Choose your preferred FedEx shipping speed and review the shipping cost added to your order total.

Enter Payment and Place Order

Enter payment details. Accepted methods include Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay. Click Place Order to submit.

Order Confirmation

An order confirmation email with your order number will be sent to your inbox. You can also review past orders at any time from Account > Orders.
